Although the end of the African swine fever (ASF) emergency in Estonia has officially been declared, the threat of infection continues from wild boar.

The Agriculture and Food Board is urging owners of domestic pigs to continue vigilance of their herd’s health and biosecurity levels, reported the national news agency ERR in recent days.
