Willie Hayes has recently been named Vice President of Business Optimization for Westway Feed Products. In this new position, he will analyze / develop strategies and create action plans relating to Westway’s pricing and supply chain. Most recently, Hayes was Director of Sales for Westway.
According to Rob Brock, President of Westway, “Willie’s background that combines operations / plant management and sales makes him a natural fit for this new role. Willie’s knowledge of and long-term experience in the liquid feed industry will be the foundation for his success in helping Westway grow forward.”
Additionally, Beau Meneley recently joined the Westway Feed Products Team as Vice President of Operations. In this role he will be responsible for oversight of Westway’s twenty-eight production plants across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
According to Brock, “Beau brings operational / plant production experience to Westway through 30 plus years of experience in several positions at Bunge North America. His ability to evaluate, analyze and see opportunities for production efficiency will be valuable to us.” Prior to joining Westway, Meneley was most recently a Regional Operations Manager in Bunge’s Oils Value Chain. In this position he was responsible for Production Management for multiple facilities in North America.
