Desmet, a provider of engineering solutions for the oilseeds, oils and fats, oleochemicals and feed industries, and Insta-Pro International, a producer of high-shear dry extrusion technology, have expanded their strategic collaboration to deliver ExPress extrusion-pressing technology to a broader global market.
This partnership now enables the deployment of ExPress systems across projects of all sizes, unlocking new opportunities for integrated agribusinesses and feed producers. The collaboration is particularly focused on the animal feed industry, where ExPress soybean meal has demonstrated remarkable benefits in poultry nutrition, including improved digestibility and animal performance.

In addition to its global engineering capabilities, Desmet brings to the partnership the best-in-class mechanical pressing solutions from its RoseDowns brand. RoseDowns, a proud member of the Desmet organization, has a legacy of innovation dating back to 1777 and is recognized as a global leader in pressing technology for high oil-bearing seeds such as soybeans, sunflower, rapeseed and others.

This project marks a strong start to the collaboration’s global rollout and highlights the growing demand for solvent-free, high-performance feed processing technologies.
