CCPA Group announces retirement of Jean-Jacques Blain

The CCPA Group has announced the retirement of Jean-Jacques Blain and addition of Director Erwan Gilet

The CCPA Group has announced the retirement of Jean-Jacques Blain, former director, after 26 years as head of the company. The CCPA French Group, specialists in animal nutrition and health, also welcomes the arrival of Erwan Gilet who took office on Feb. 1.

The board of directors commended the professional work of Jean-Jacques Blain. Achievements include continuous business development globally; diversification of the company’s activities, products, services and supports; and the development of an R&D department.

Gilet knows CCPA Group well, as he worked in the company from 1992 to 1999. An engineer in agro-food industries, he was Quality and Technology manager in CCPA Group, after a first job experience in the French CANA cooperative (now TERRENA). Gilet directed EURONUTEC, a joint-venture subsidiary of CCPA, from 2005 to 2013. Between 2013 and 2015, he directed Merieux Nutri-Sciences.

The new director says that he wants to continue the work initiated by Jean-Jacques Blain, in order to offer efficient, tested and validated solutions to the professionals of animal industry.
