AB Agri named one of The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality

UK-based AB Agri Ltd. has been recognized for demonstrating commitment to embedding gender equality into all levels of the organization.

U.K.-based AB Agri Ltd. has been named as one of The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality this year, and has been recognized for demonstrating commitment to embedding gender equality into all levels of the organization, encouraging others to follow suit.

AB Agri, along with other applicants, were examined on the policies and cultural interventions put in place to ensure gender equality, including addressing pay disparities, ensuring progression, offering flexible working and family friendly policies, and tackling sexual harassment.

As part of its global DEI initiative “This is Me!,” AB Agri has, over the past five years, focused on fostering inclusive talent management that reflects the diversity of its workforce, and on cultivating a culture where individuals feel empowered to bring their whole selves to work.

This achievement highlights the collective efforts of everyone across AB Agri. It recognises the progress made in building an inclusive environment – one where opportunity is accessible to all, and every individual has the support to succeed.

While the recognition is U.K.-based, it represents the efforts of AB Agri’s global teams. From inclusive recruitment practices, and transparent pay structures, to flexible working arrangements, and the work of its employee network groups, the company is embedding inclusion of how it leads and grows together across every part of the business.

“At AB Agri, we’re deeply committed to building a culture where diversity, equity and inclusion are at the core of everything we do – a place where everyone feels valued, heard and free to be themselves,” said Kelly Brown, group people and performance director of AB Agri. “This recognition reflects the sustained efforts of our teams – from our This is Me! initiative and inclusive hiring practices to leadership development and the inspiring work of our employee network groups. We remain dedicated to creating an environment where everyone can thrive, and this achievement is a powerful testament to that commitment.”
