US and Canada ramp up soybean crushing and storage capabilities

New construction projects and renovations to keep an eye on as the industries expand capacity to meet demand.

Wayne-Sanderson Farms | feed mill

Location: Danville, Arkansas

Planned completion: April 2025

The US$43 million facility will be located on 21 acres adjacent to the main processing facility and has the capacity to produce more than 8,500 tons of feed weekly.

The US$25 million facility will allow the use of the county’s railroad system to bring in 100- to 110-car trains with grain, corn and soybean meal.
