First impressions from the 2025 European Symposium on Poultry Nutrition

ESPN offers a well-balanced mix of science, education and industry insights.

Last week, I had the pleasure of attending the 2025 European Symposium on Poultry Nutrition (ESPN) in Maastricht, the Netherlands, as a guest of the organizers, representing WATT Global Media alongside my colleague Tineke van Spanje. Many thanks to both.

Over the years, ESPN has become the go-to event for scientific and applied poultry nutrition — not just in Europe, but increasingly on a global scale. It offers a well-balanced mix of science, education and industry insights. There’s something for everyone, and attendees came from all over the world.
