Godrej Agrovet to acquire remaining shares of Creamline Dairy

The board of directors of Godrej Agrovet has approved the acquisition of the remaining 48% of shares in Creamline Dairy Products Ltd. (CDPL), making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
