Granovit AG and utro Fikovit AG are joining forces as Granovit AG . This partnership allows two long-established Swiss animal feed companies to combine their strengths and further develop private compound feed production in Switzerland for the long term.
For customers, everything essential remains unchanged in their daily lives: the feed recipes, contacts and support will continue. At the same time, production capacities, market knowledge and expertise will be strategically transferred.
As part of the partnership, production will be consolidated at the Kaiseraugst site. The utro Fikovit feeds will continue to be produced there. This step will leverage synergies, pool expertise, and strengthen efficiency and competitiveness. The Emmenbrücke site will be closed during October due to a new construction project.
Granovit AG and utro Fikovit AG are privately owned and owner-managed. They share values such as quality, customer focus, reliability, flexibility and innovation. This ensures that utro Fikovit customers can continue to rely on these values in the future.
No personnel changes are planned for the employees. The expertise and long-standing experience of the teams will remain a key factor in a shared future success.
Josef Fischer will actively shape the company's future development and will take a seat on the board of directors of Granovit AG. He will also continue to be involved in day-to-day operations. In these roles, he will contribute his many years of experience, his customer relationships, and his entrepreneurial spirit.
