Aurora Coop to acquire fish operations of Bello Alimentos in Brazil

Chapecó, Brazil-based agricultural cooperative Cooperativa Aurora Alimentos (Aurora Coop) has entered into an agreement to acquire Bello Alimentos Ltda.’s fish production and processing complex of Mar & Terra, located in Itaporã, Mato Grasso do Sul.

Chapecó, Brazil-based agricultural cooperative Cooperativa Aurora Alimentos (Aurora Coop) has entered into an agreement to acquire Bello Alimentos Ltda.’s fish production and processing complex of Mar & Terra, located in Itaporã, Mato Grasso do Sul.

Bello Alimentos was founded in 2006 and focuses its operations on poultry slaughter and processing, and also produces fish products.
