Innovad Group has signed an agreement to acquire Cinergis through its Brazilian subsidiary, Oligo Basics. The transaction marks another significant milestone in Innovad Group’s expansion across Latin America. Closing is expected on August 31.
Cinergis is recognized for its innovative technologies in animal health and nutrition, including BIOVERM and probiotic solutions targeting Salmonella spp., supported by specialized application services. Together, these solutions contribute to more sustainable animal production and complement Innovad Group’s commitment to innovation and reduced reliance on chemical interventions.
Since the acquisition of Oligo Basics in 2024, Innovad Group has established a strong presence in the Brazilian market. The addition of Cinergis further strengthens this platform by bringing innovative technologies, specialized technical expertise, and complementary research, development and manufacturing capabilities. Together, these strengths will expand the group’s portfolio and accelerate its growth ambitions in both Brazil and the wider Latin American region.
