Ridley Block Operations, an Alltech livestock nutrition company, has hired Paul Kropp as executive vice president.

Over the course of more than 30 years as a leader in the agricultural and animal health industries, Kropp has driven revenue expansion, market growth and strategic partnerships. Throughout his career, he gained a reputation for building high-performing teams, developing transformational partnerships and aligning organizations around clear growth strategies that deliver long-term value. Kropp received a bachelor’s degree in animal science from Oklahoma State University.
