Bill would allow FDA to collect microbial samples from CAFOs

A bill that would grant the U.S. Food and Drug Administration the authority to collect microbial samples from concentrated animal feeding operations during disease outbreaks or when there is a public health need has been introduced in the U.S. Congress.
