Micronutrients, the market leader for hydroxy trace minerals, announces IntelliBond-M is now OMRI listed by the USDA National Organic Program.
With this news, the complete line of IntelliBond trace minerals – IntelliBond-C, IntelliBond-CII, IntelliBond-Z, and IntelliBond-M are now approved for use in the entire livestock production sector, including organic livestock production systems. "We are very excited to be able to increase access to our unique and proven trace mineral solutions to producers in the organic production space," said Dan Baker, Vice President, Marketing and Innovation.
While Micronutrients has served the needs of traditional livestock producers for several years, feed manufacturers now have the ability to reduce inventory requirements utilizing IntelliBond trace minerals for both means — conventional feed and organic feed. The company believes that the new OMRI listing coupled with its dedication to quality control and food safety will ultimately lead to the safest product for livestock and consumers at an affordable price. Micronutrients currently holds certifications with SQF (Safe Quality Food), ISO 9001, FAMI-QS/International Safe Feed/Safe Food, Safe Feed/Safe Food, and HACCP.

The OMRI listed products only use ingredients and formulations allowed under the organic standards.
