Canadian producers urge government to grow country’s agriculture sector

A group of Canadian agriculture organizations have sent a letter to Prime Minister Mark Carney asking the government to “treat agriculture and agrifood as a strategically important sector” and to implement a four-part strategy outlined in the letter.
