Wilbur-Ellis Company has announced the acquisition of Agri-Services to expand market share in the Great Lakes region, according to a company press release.
Wilbur-Ellis, founded in 1921, is a distributor of agricultural products, animal feed and specialty chemicals and ingredients with annual sales approaching $ 2.5 billion. Agri-Services, founded in 1997, offers a full-line of agronomy services and products to the agriculture producers in the area.
