LUBING, a global leader in agricultural livestock systems, marked its 75th anniversary in spectacular fashion at EuroTier 2024, showcasing its cutting-edge innovations while celebrating the production milestone of one billion drinking nipples since the company’s founding in 1949.
LUBING's success story began with wind turbines for agricultural use, but by the late 1960s, the company pivoted to developing drinking systems for poultry and pigs. Today, the Barnstorf-based company is synonymous with precision-engineered drinking, conveyor, and climate-systems, serving customers in 87 countries through nine subsidiaries and 34 representatives worldwide.
“Our history, especially the milestone of producing over one billion drinking nipples, represents our relentless focus on customer satisfaction and innovation,” said managing director Markus von der Assen. “LUBING’s name stands for unparalleled quality in the global livestock sector.”
Showcasing Innovation at EuroTier 2024
At this year’s EuroTier event, LUBING unveiled several new products:
- Vertical Conveyor Unit for efficient egg transport, complementing the company’s existing rod, curve, and steep conveyor systems
- Certified Waste Air Purification System for pig houses, addressing environmental and regulatory demands
LUBING's two exhibition stands for poultry and pigs attracted significant attention, and on Thursday evening, the celebration reached its peak as the LED counter displayed the one-billionth nipple milestone, perfectly timed with a stand party attended by industry leaders and guests.
LUBING continues to prioritize research and development, with plans to expand into new markets and grow its innovative product portfolio. To mark its anniversary, the company also launched a new international website, reflecting its forward-thinking approach.
