Alltech announces two additions to its U.S. poultry team.
Keith Fleetwood has joined the company as a poultry account manager and feed mill specialist. In that role, he will provide support related to specialty ingredient, nutrition and premix sales for the company’s commercial poultry customers.
Additionally, Matie George has returned to Ridley Feed Ingredients, which is part of the Alltech family of companies, as a formulation and pricing specialist. George will provide support in the area of complete feed formulations for Ridley’s poultry customers.

Fleetwood has extensive experience working in the poultry industry. Prior to joining Alltech, he held positions with Purina Animal Nutrition as a poultry sales specialist, Cargill as the director of feed milling for the Poultry Products Division and ConAgra/Butterball Turkey managing their feed division supporting meat bird and breeder production. In addition to his experience in sales and raising poultry, Fleetwood has vast experience with feed-mill management, having managed two commercial mills, which manufactured conventional, antibiotic-free (ABF) and organic feed.
George graduated in 2014 and holds bachelor’s and master's degrees from Iowa State University in animal science, with a specialty in poultry nutrition. For the past eight years, she has held various sales and feed-formulation roles across the poultry industry, including as a nutrition specialist and a poultry sales manager. Most recently, George served as an education extension specialist at the Iowa Pork Industry Center.
