Royal Canin has announced its sponsorship of Raising the Perfect Pet, a new pet care initiative focused on providing expert-led resources for responsible pet ownership, including science-based nutrition and health advice.
The program was founded by AKC Breeder of Merit Ari Katz, known for AK Labradors, in collaboration with entrepreneur and pet owner Martha Stewart. The platform aims to simplify decision-making for pet owners navigating the growing complexity of pet nutrition and wellness.

The sponsorship reflects shared priorities between Royal Canin and the platform, including promoting responsible pet care, life-stage nutrition, and training. Royal Canin, a Mars, Inc. brand founded by a veterinarian in 1968, has long invested in scientific research to develop precision nutrition for pets.
This includes breed-specific diets formulated for traits such as body structure and eating habits, life-stage nutrition that supports growth and development, and targeted supplements and probiotics designed to aid immunity, digestion, joint health, and skin and coat wellness.
