Symaga has improved its international position in poultry equipment by gaining the experience of the French multinational PAL Industries. “The union between both companies improves our poultry material supplies and will increase our presence within new markets. Symaga brings its production and export capacity, and PAL Industries provides expertise in this area,” said Symaga president Alfonso Garrido. Symaga is a worldwide leader in manufacturing steel silos. It was founded in the aim of manufacturing livestock equipment for poultry and pigs. Today, it is a multinational company that exports to more than 95 countries.
PAL Industries was founded in 1947. Its main activity is poultry equipment development and distribution. In the international scene, it is defined as a very competitive company in the French market, and as an ideal livestock projects partner. The integration process is due to both companies’ synergy. The reorganization plan is supported by Pierre Joris, past PAL Industries president. The Spanish company assumes PAL’s products production and commercialization, maintaining its customer satisfaction philosophy through quality service and good product.
With this acquisition, Symaga reinforces its target providing a global service through its four divisions: silos, livestock equipment, agricultural equipment and steel works.
