2025 Poultry Nutrition & Feed Survey: HPAI losses strengthen biosecurity, feed safety

Annual global survey highlights how producers and nutritionists remain profitable through adaptability.

The global poultry industry continues to demonstrate resilience and adaptability in 2025, building on its optimism in 2024. The annual WATT Global Media Poultry Nutrition & Feed Survey reveals significant developments in feed formulation strategies, sustainability initiatives and antibiotic-free production, while highlighting lingering challenges and new opportunities in the sector.

The 2025 edition of the global survey includes input from 300 respondents. More than half of survey participants are nutritionists, consultants and veterinarians; 18% work in live production management or own a poultry farm.
