Saudi Fisheries Company (SFC) plans to build a new feed mill for aquaculture feed on the Red Sea coast in Asir Province, Saudi Arabia. The new feed mill will cost $22 million and will produce 96,000 tons of aquaculture feed per year, according to a report.
SFC was created in 1981 as a joint stock company and established a fishing fleet, shrimp farms, marine products, processing plants and cold stores, and a chain of retail shops throughout Saudi Arabia.
