CDC: H5N1 antibodies found in asymptomatic veterinarians

Findings suggest there may be H5N1-infected dairy cattle that have not yet been identified, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

A survey found evidence of recent H5N1 infection in bovine veterinarians who did not exhibit symptoms, including one who only practiced in states with no known H5N1 infections in dairy cattle and no reported human cases.
