InVivo NSA acquires Daavision

InVivo NSA has acquired Daavision, an international Dutch company that specializes in the production and marketing of specialty additives for animal nutrition, mainly based on organic fatty acids.

InVivo NSA has acquired Daavision, an international Dutch company that specializes in the production and marketing of specialty additives for animal nutrition, mainly based on organic fatty acids.

Founded in 2004, Daavision manufactures its products in the Netherlands and markets them in more than 30 countries. The company has a state-of-the-art production site located in Lekstraat, the Netherlands and benefits from an innovative and experienced staff. In addition, Daavision is very well known for its know-how in farm animals feeding and has been able to develop tailor-made solutions to answer to any breeding environmental conditions. This unique ability lies on the strong innovation DNA of the company which has for instance been the first to develop the use of lauric acid as a powerful antibacterial in the agri-food industry.

The integration of Daavision within the within the specialty additives business line of InVivo NSA will give the company the opportunity to broaden its range of services, to benefit from additional research capabilities and financial means to improve its distribution network in Europe and Russia.
