Olivier Poli has extensive experience in the field of animal nutrition

CCPA’s Board of Directors, chaired by Mickaël Marcerou, is making changes to the Group’s governance by appointing Olivier Poli to the position of General Manager. He will assume his new duties on 1 April 2021.

Olivier Poli, 51, has extensive experience in the field of animal nutrition as he has spent the greater part of his career in the sector at international level.

During his 23 years’ experience at the Roullier Group, he was very quickly given the opportunity to assume managerial responsibilities in an industrial and commercial environment. After 7 years in the Roullier Group’s Packaging Division (Agriplas), he joined the Food Phosphates unit in 2004 and moved up to assume General Management of the unit in 2006. For 12 years, he ran TIMAB Phosphates (which became Phosphea in 2016) and helped it to become a world leader in mineral raw materials intended for the animal nutrition industry. He was a member of the Roullier Group’s Executive and Strategic Committees for several years and Strategic Director of Human Resources.

In 2009, Olivier also worked in the cooperative world in the capacity of General Manager of the Animal Products Division at Axereal (an Agricultural Cooperative in Central France).

Recognised for his talents as a General Manager, whether in his management mode or his ability to develop an overview of the business, he has agreed to take up this exciting new challenge at the head of the CCPA Group.

“In a spirit of co-construction with the various players involved in the animal sectors, I fully intend to draw on the skillset and quality of the staff at CCPA to intensify the dynamic of development and success in France and overseas.”

Everyone involved in the governance of the CCPA Group wishes Olivier Poli every success in is new position.
