Merger brings together 2 brands that have been cooperating intensively for many years

Wynveen International will be fully integrated into Ottevanger Milling Engineers B.V., effective April 1, the companies announced this week.

The merger of the activities of both companies will enable parent company the Triott Group to offer a comprehensive and versatile range of products and services through the Ottevanger organization. In addition, integrating Wynveen and Ottevanger will increase the levels of knowledge sharing, innovation and service the companies offer their customers.

The Wynveen and Ottevanger brands have been cooperating intensively for many years, often for the same customers. The companies said the further integration of the brands is a logical step.

As of April 1, the Wynveen site in Heteren will become an Ottevanger site and retain its function as an engineering and production site. All employees will be retained.

Founded in 1919, Ottevanger Milling Engineers is an international organization that specializes in the design and manufacture of equipment and complete installations for the grain processing and compound feed industry. The company plans, designs, manufactures and manages the construction of complete production facilities or individual lines for processes such as feed mills, premix and concentrate plants, aquafeed and pet food installations, cereal processing lines and biomass installations.

The Triott Group is a family of specialized companies that jointly design and realize complex turnkey installations for the animal feed industry.
