Educational opportunities
In addition to the expansive show floor, IPPE 2027 will offer more than 80 hours of educational programming. Topics will include artificial intelligence, automation, food safety, plant operations, sustainability and other current industry topics.

Now in its fourth year, the Feed Mill of the Future Conference returns to kick off IPPE 2027, gathering feed industry experts to unpack the technologies and innovations set to reshape animal feed manufacturing in the years ahead. Presented by Feed Strategy and Feed & Grain, in partnership with the American Feed Industry Association (AFIA), the half-day session takes place on Tuesday, January 26, from 8 a.m. to noon. This year's theme, "Turning emerging feed mill technology into competitive advantage," anchors a program built around three focus areas: feed mill optimization, automation, and revenue growth and margin improvement. Attendees can expect practical insights into the tools and strategies driving the industry's next phase — equipping feed manufacturers and nutritionists to turn innovation into measurable operational and financial gains.
