A Malaysian High Court has granted a stay on a fine imposed on four of the five animal feed companies in an alleged price-fixing scheme.

The decision allows the companies to pursue judicial review, challenging the legality and fairness of the ruling by the Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC), according to a report from aviNews.com. The Kuala Lumpur High Court’s ruling comes after a decision by the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) in December 2024, which had denied a stay of the fine. The companies then sought judicial review.
