Wade brings wealth of human resources experience
The Wenger Group announces the addition of Genise Wade as chief human resource officer. Genise will lead the Human Resource Department of the company reporting to Tim Appleby, who’s promotion to senior vice president and chief business officer will be effective October 1 was previously announced.
A resident of Lancaster, Genise most recently served as vice president of Human Resources in the specialist radio frequency business unit of Ultra Electronics. In this role, Genise was responsible for global multi-site human resources strategies. Prior to this role, Genise held roles of increasing responsibility including VP of operations and VP of people and culture at Turkey Hill Dairy as well as various roles within human resources at Armstrong World Industries.
Genise earned her dual bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing and her master’s degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Phoenix.
