Updates to navigation and functionality affect all GVL users.

Veterinary software provider GlobalVetLink (GVL) has released a redesigned software platform to all users, including veterinarians and clinic staff, animal owners and clients, feed mills, diagnostic laboratories and state animal health officials.

“Overall we’ve improved the GVL platform with more consistent and simplified navigation, which provides a more intuitive and streamlined process for users,” explained GVL VP of Product Matt Keller. “The new GVL interface allows users to more quickly and easily find what they need, and complete tasks faster and more efficiently.”

GVL updated the workflows for these digital certificates: Certificates of Veterinary Inspection (CVIs)/health certificates, Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA)/Coggins test certificates, Extended Equine Certificates of Veterinary Inspection (EECVIs), and Veterinary Feed Directives (VFDs).

Training videos and resources for the new GVL platform are available to users at www.globalvetlink.com. GVL also provides customer support every day from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

“While the improved user experience is the most obvious benefit of these coming changes, our engineers have actually been hard at work completely rebuilding our platform from the bottom up,” Keller added. “This means that GVL will not only be more responsive and faster for our users, but this new technology will allow us to build new features and products more quickly in the future.”
