Insta-Pro International announces that President and CEO Kevin Kacere will retire as of April 30, 2021.
Kacere will continue as a senior advisor to the board of directors through October 31, 2021. Insta-Pro has initiated a national search for Kacere’s successor.
"This transition comes at a time when Insta-Pro has never been stronger or better positioned to support our customers with new, bigger and better equipment, and technologies to help feed the world in more healthier and efficient ways," says Nick Santrizos, chairman of the Insta-Pro board of directors. "Kevin and his leadership team have transformed Insta-Pro over 13 years driving many improved business processes, building a highly engaged corporate culture and a new HQ building, while increasing the company’s size by threefold. We are grateful for his leadership.”
Kacere said it's been a privilege to lead the organization over the last 13 years.
"I have full confidence that the entire Insta-Pro team and the next CEO will continue to take the company to new levels for the benefit of our highly valued customers, our business partners and all members of the Insta-Pro family," he ways.
Insta-Pro has retained Orion Search Group, a Minneapolis-based, executive search firm as its exclusive partner to conduct a national search for Insta-Pro’s next leader.
"We are excited about our future due to the solid foundation we have built and because of increased global consumer demand for protein coupled with a highly selective appetite for quality food products, both organic and conventional," says Santrizos. "Additionally, recent university nutritional studies validate that the meal produced by our equipment demonstrates great growth and performance benefits in poultry, dairy, and swine diets, which can ultimately foster the production of a high-quality product for consumers."
