SPEAKER BIOGRAPHIES

Dr. Gunduz Ilsever serves as the Poultry Technical Sales Manager – APAC at ADM Animal Nutrition. A veterinarian with a PhD in poultry husbandry, he brings over 10 years of comprehensive experience in farm, hatchery, feed mill, and slaughterhouse operations within the poultry industry. Driven by his passion, he transitioned to technical sales, focusing on poultry vaccines and feed additives for reputable companies. Currently, he holds the position of Poultry Technical Sales Manager at ADM’s APAC regional office.

Dr. Sabiha Kadari holds the role of Regional Technical Director - SEAP at EW Nutrition. With a diverse background in leading animal health companies, she earned her Ph.D. in Poultry Science from IVRI. Dr. Kadari is a seasoned professional contributing her expertise to the animal nutrition field in the Southeast Asia Pacific region.

Robert Patterson is the vice president for innovation and commercialization at CBS Bio Platforms. A graduate of the University of Manitoba, Faculty of Agricultural and Food Science – Animal Science, Rob holds a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Biochemistry & Reproductive Physiology. He has accumulated extensive experience working directly with industry, the scientific and academic communities, and the farm gate across livestock production sectors.

Dr. Justin Tan, Head of Technical Services for Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health - Asia Pacific, is based in Singapore. Starting as a poultry farm veterinarian, he oversaw the health of a significant population of 1.4 million birds. With roles spanning technical, marketing, and commercial aspects, Dr. Tan has made significant contributions to the livestock industry. An accomplished writer, he holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from University Putra Malaysia and an MBA from the National University of Singapore.

Dr. Miriam Alberto-Tempra serves as the Global Head for Nutrition Consultancy Services at Vetworks, with 25 years of experience in the animal feed industry as an animal nutritionist. Starting as a nutritionist for an importer company, she later founded Bright Side Consulting, offering nutrition consultancy services. Actively involved in industry organizations, she served as President of the Philippine Society of Animal Nutritionists (PHILSAN) from 2015-2017. Dr. Tempra earned her Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
