Conservation group to sue Cooke Aquaculture, alleging Clean Water Act violations

The Conservation Law Foundation has notified Cooke Aquaculture of its intent to sue the company for alleged Clean Water Act violations in Maine. Cooke has denied the allegations, saying they are false, misleading and lack substantiating evidence.
