September exports of pig meat broke previous monthly records in terms of volume and value. Further growth is forecast for Brazilian pork production and exports.

At 151,600 metric tons (mt), the volume of pork exported by Brazil in September broke previous monthly records, reports the Brazilian Animal Protein Association (ABPA).

Including all fresh and processed pig meat products, the figure is 26% higher than in the same month of 2024.
