As the result of a “serious workplace incident,” a man in his 20s was pronounced dead at a feed mill on August 25, reports Derbyshire Times.
Located at Killamarsh in northeast Derbyshire in the East Midlands of England, the facility belongs to Hi Peak Feeds.
