In my work for the United Sorghum Checkoff Program as an international nutritionist, I have often been asked why Europeans should consider importing sorghum from the United States (U.S.) My immediate response is that we already import cereals, as the EU is not cereal sufficient, and U.S. sorghum is another viable option. I want to expand further on the subject, especially for poultry, as sorghum and poultry go very well together.
