Speaker Information
Dr. Meghan Schwartz is a Poultry Technical Service Manager at Novonesis (formerly Chr. Hansen). Meghan holds a Ph.D. in Nutrition & Biotechnology from North Carolina State University, a Master’s degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Wisconsin Madison, and a Bachelor's in Biochemistry from the same institution. She also serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at North Carolina State University, where she continues to share her vast knowledge with the next generation of poultry professionals.
Dr. Steve Lerner is the Senior Scientific and Business Advisor for Novonesis supporting the Planetary Health Biosolutions division. Steve has a Ph.D. in Reproductive Physiology from West Virginia University and a post doctoral Fellowship in Molecular Genetics from the University of Southern California. He holds an M.S. in Biology/Embryology from West Virginia University and a B.S. in Zoology from University of Maryland.
