Animal Science Products Inc., a leading privately-owned vitamin/trace mineral premix blender and feed additive distributor, announced today that Dr. Bart Dunsford has joined the company’s technical team as Manager for its Key Product Development/Technical Services for the Americas.
Dr. Dunsford received his undergraduate degree in Animal Science and Industry from Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS, and both his Master’s Degree in Nutrition and his Ph.D. in Veterinary Anatomy from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. Bart is also the author of a number of published articles on the subject of animal health and nutrition. He is currently an active member in the American Society of Animal Science and the American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists. Dr. Dunsford will bring his considerable technical expertise in animal health to ASP and will be responsible for developing and expanding existing domestic and international market and product lines; as well as be an additional technical resource for ASP’s customers.
Commenting on Dr. Dunsford’s appointment, Ryan Izard, Animal Science Products’ Chief Science and Technology Officer said, “Bart’s wide-ranging contributions to the animal nutrition and health field make him particularly well-suited to the diverse needs of ASP’s customers.
