The Dinnissen automatic bag emptier prevents contamination within the production process and prevents ingredient dispersion. The system automatically cleans the outside of the bag with pulsed air and brushes before placing the bag in the emptier. After completely cutting open the bag, the system empties the contents through vibration, blowing and vacuum technology. Dry air can be used to prevent clumping and degradation, and the system can handle between 10-90 kilogram bags.
