The Mogensen Msort optical sorter from ALMO Process Technology is designed to reduce “oversorting” error by two-thirds. The capacity range of the Msort includes spherical material from the size of a pin to the size of a soccer ball. Products with a grain size of just 1mm can be optically sorted at a feed rate of ten tons per hour. The Msort is equipped with a special LED indicator system to ensure stable operation. Easy access panels improve maintenance efficiency to reduce downtime. Remote maintenance assistance is also available. The Msort was designed to meet requirements from the market to improve sorting quality, ease of maintenance and operation.
