Todd Heisterkamp was raised in a multi-generational farm family in western Iowa. His career spans both his agricultural roots and a successful path in business development and manufacturing management.  After building a strong foundation in business development and manufacturing management, Todd joined the equipment side of the livestock confinement industry nearly 20 years ago rediscovering his agricultural roots. Since then, he has developed expertise in ventilation and feed/water delivery across the poultry and swine markets. Todd now serves as Market Development Manager – Agriculture for Parker Hannifin’s HVAC Division | Filtration Group, overseeing global business development for Parker’s Agriculture Filtration team. Having visited farms around the world to support farmer success, he is proud to serve an industry that’s in his DNA.

 

Perry Hartmann 90pxPerry Hartmann, Business Development Manager, Parker

Perry Hartmann grew up in the Midwest, helping his family’s feed store by delivering feed and supplements to local farmers after school and on weekends. Those early experiences—especially delivering baby chicks—sparked a lifelong passion for agriculture. In the 1980s, Perry managed large genetic operations in Nebraska and later moved his family to Minnesota to oversee genetics programs, where he deepened his expertise in ventilation and herd health. That hands-on foundation led Perry into sales as a product manager, focusing on value-added solutions that save time and strengthen herd health. As disease pressures intensified for producers, he asked a simple question— “What can I do to help?”—which guided his pivot to air filtration as a critical biosecurity tool. Since joining Parker HVAC in 2012, Perry has spent over a decade developing filtration systems for livestock producers worldwide, advancing disease mitigation, operational resilience, and animal well-being. Known for his customer-first mindset and practical field experience, Perry collaborates closely with producers, veterinarians, and integrators to design solutions that address real-world challenges. His work continues to bridge engineering innovation with agricultural needs, helping facilities reduce airborne pathogen risk while improving performance and profitability.
