Rodrigo Gravena holds an Animal Science Degree, a master's, and a Ph.D. in poultry nutrition from Sao Paulo State University (UNESP). Rodrigo has worked in poultry operations in Brazil for 6 years where he gained commercial experience in feed milling and as a Poultry Nutritionist. He now has been with Tegel Foods in New Zealand for 6 years as a poultry nutritionist looking after broiler, breeder and layer nutrition, and R&D.
Santiago Ramierez has worked in animal feed production for almost 20 years, holding various positions as farm manager, poultry nutritionist, scientific researcher, marketing manager, and consultant. He holds a bachelor’s in Nutrition, a master's in Molecular Biology, and a Ph.D. in Molecular Microbiology. Santiago’s passion lies in understanding the interactions between feed ingredients, gut microbiome, and poultry economics. He was an early adopter of practical enzyme applications across layer and broiler diets and has practical experience with energy matrix.
