The Delta vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) bagger comes with an open design that allows for 360-degree accessibility via hinged control boxes and optimizing washdown capabilities. The solid round tube stainless frame with no hollow bodies allows sanitary, 16-sided, 3A-certified forming tubes. It is designed with sloped surfaces for easy runoff and features tool-less removal of forming tubes sealing jaws and firm rolls, allowing use of multiple SKUs, package styles and materials on one machine.
