The Anritsu Industrial Solutions Dual Wave H metal detector identifies ferrous and stainless metals using multiple frequencies, allowing the user to detect both types of metals simultaneously. The metal detector features an auto-setting algorithm and tracking function. For frozen, wet or bulk products, the phase-tracking function works on an individual product to maintain stable detection operation. The estimated sensitivity to ferrous and stainless metal is shown on the Dual Wave H display screen, allowing operators to compare detection sensitivity to test pieces. Conveyor belt speed can be selected by product type and changed without any modifications.
