Praxair introduces its diced product chilling system, Coldfront. When integrated to existing equipment, ColdFront rapidly chills product prior to dicing or slicing to provide a cleaner cut. The chilling system reduces evaporative losses by up to 50 percent and can also be used to pre-chill hot products prior to freezing.
