Mavromichalis I 90pxDr. Ioannis Mavromichalis, Principal of Ariston Nutrition Consulting International.

Dr. Ioannis Mavromichalis holds an MSc (Kansas State University, 1997) and Ph.D. (University of Illinois, 2000) degrees in animal nutrition. He worked as a commercial nutritionist in the USA and Europe for eight years before establishing Ariston Nutrition Consulting International in 2008, in which he currently serves as the Managing Director. Dr. Mavromichalis is a prolific writer, having produced all kinds of media content since 1990. Currently, he publishes articles and blogs in Feed Strategy and Feed & Grain magazines, in the USA. Dr. Mavromichalis has published three books on piglet nutrition – a most favorite topic of his – and he is working now on his fourth book. Finally, Dr. Mavromichalis is very active on LinkedIn. He maintains an active network of almost 7,000 followers, publishing short posts on all matters pertaining to animal nutrition and health three times per week.
