
The 40th edition of SPACE will be held September 15-17 at the Rennes Exhibition Centre in Rennes, France.
Nearly 900 exhibitors are expected this year, including 280 from abroad. In a challenging environment for the agricultural sector, this level of participation confirms SPACE’s essential role for livestock professionals. Spread across 16 hectares, agricultural equipment, technological innovations and genetic expertise come together in a setting unique in Europe.
SPACE is a major international exhibition dedicated to livestock and agricultural production. Each year in Rennes, it brings together exhibitors and visitors from more than 120 countries, making SPACE a unique place for exchange, cooperation and business among professionals from all over the world.
Thanks to its strong roots in Brittany, France’s leading livestock region, and its openness to global markets, SPACE promotes commercial partnerships, technology transfer, and the sharing of agricultural expertise.
Espace for the Future
This edition places sustainable water management at the heart of the discussions. Faced with climate change and increasing pressure on resources, the "Space for the Future" will offer testimonials from farmers, workshops with experts, and three major debates open to all.
Innov’SPACE
Each year, Innov’Space rewards the most innovative products, services and equipment in the agricultural sector. These innovations help improve animal welfare, farm performance and production sustainability.
The Innov’SPACE competition recognizes the best innovations serving livestock farmers each year, from robotics to animal nutrition, including waste management and renewable energy. In 30 editions, more than 1,480 innovations have been awarded prizes by an independent jury of approximately 60 experts.
Aquaculture
For several years, SPACE has offered a program dedicated to the aquaculture sector. In 2025, more than 120 exhibitors with specific offerings for aquaculture.
A day of conferences dedicated to the industry is scheduled for Tuesday, September 15. In 2025, it hosted participants from 17 countries.
Youth Forum
The Espace Jeunes aims to give a voice to young people involved in agricultural training and to contribute to the renewal of generations in the agricultural world.
Set up for the first time in 2022, it brings together hundreds of students every year to promote livestock farming training and careers.
The Youth Forum is a joint project with the agricultural education networks (CNEAP, public and MFR) and higher education establishments: Institut Agro Rennes-Angers (ex-Agro Campus), Ecole Supérieure des Agricultures d’Angers (ESA) and Oniris VetAgroBio.
Genetics Show
The Genetics Show will bring together 530 cattle of 13 different breeds and 150 sheep and goats. Three national events will highlight the event: the National Rouge des Prés, the National Normandy Challenge, and the National Vendée Sheep Show.
