The Food Security and Farm Protection Act, co-sponsored by Republican Sens. Chuck Grassley (Iowa), Joni Ernst (Iowa) and Roger Marshall (Kansas), would prohibit any state or local government from interfering with commerce and agricultural practices in another state outside their jurisdiction.
