Heat stress is rising in northern latitudes, climate study finds

Dairy farms in the German state of Baden-Württemberg have gained roughly one day of heat stress per year over the past two decades, suggesting heat is a growing problem even among farms in relatively cooler climates, according to research from the University of Hohenheim.
