Fried foods probably aren't the best for humans — and high levels of oxidized used cooking oil may reduce pigs' and chickens' feed intake, according to a decade of studies recently summarized by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) National Laboratory for Agriculture and the Environment.
